Job Description
The Automation analyst reports and receives guidance from Automation/reporting manager. The candidate will work to achieve automation of projects over a module called APEX which is functional on PL-SQL. Individuals are expected to complete automation projects/plans on APEX. Below are the basic requirements
a) Creates Working Modules on APEX based on PL-SQL & SQL, JavaScript, Jquery
b) Ability to Envision and build a module based on Business Requisition Document submitted by requester
c) Act as a SME & communicate on the course of Automation to reporting manager.
d) Works with fellow team members towards development of Modules, methods & processes. Maintain quality standards.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the requesters requirement and builds a module on APEX
Adheres to Timelines of completing a project
Conducts mock run for the built module to ensure error free roll out of project
Communicates with requester to understand the core requirement prior commencing a project, hence avoiding last minute surprises
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
Has minimum of 2.5 years of experience in similar Automation role.
Working Knowledge of APEX (Oracle Application Express) will be considered
Excellent knowledge of PL-SQL & SQL, JavaScript, Jquery
Good Knowledge of Excel & VBA
Needs to be able to work with all levels of management
