1. UK based backoffice emailing process.

2. Resolving the queries of UK based customers via Email.

3. To resolve Complaints

4.Attractive Salary + Incentives + Night Shift Allowances

5.Pick and Drop facility available for all the shifts.

6.Week Offs: Two weekly offs

Qualification : 

1. Graduate and Undergraduate can apply ( BA, BCom, BSc, BMS,BBI,BCA,BAF ETC)

2. Graduate freshers/ experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

3. MBA, MCA, MMS, BE, BTech, CA, CS candidates are not eligible to apply.


Interview Rounds : 

1. Grammar test.

2. Email writing test. (related to customer query).
