The IT Network Infrastructure Services group delivers business value and agility across Symantec through world-class delivery of state of the art IT services and technologies. We are currently looking for motivated individuals who not only do but are also leaders who influence change and make a difference.
Responsibilities
Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Data Center network set-up.
Leading the configuration/ management and automation of network setups , including maintenance and administration and review of proposed network changes.
Manage the creation of knowledge documents to provide the Level 1-2 operations teams steps to resolve known issues and non-complex tasks
Participate in War Room sessions initiated by the Command Center to drive critical issue resolution
Manage escalation of issues from Level 1 support
Willing to be on-call at any time due to the nature of the position
Reviewing technology in the market for opportunities to improve services and make purchase recommendations
