Candidate should have hands on expereince on Pega V 6.3 / 7.1
Pega certification of CSA, CSSA, LSA in 6.3 or 7.1
For 6.3, additional skills of Java J2EE, SOA etc will be added advantage.
For 7.1, good programming knowledge in any of the core technologies including Java should be OK.
Knowledge of Databases, Query, etc
Core knowledge of BPM (difference between traditional application development vs BPM application development)
Any other UI knowledge etc would be helpful.
