JOB DESCRIPTION:
Resolve telephone and written queries according to standard procedures and within agreed targets in order to ensure Participant satisfaction.
Maintain and Consolidates documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and thought process.
Familiar with MS Office - MS Excel & Word, Typing Speed
Working : 5 days week. SATURDAY & SUNDAY FIXED OFF
Transport : Cab Facility- Pick up and Drop. As per Hiring Zone. Nodal Pickup during Day.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Hiring RESULT AWAITED candidates with no backlogs.
Degree: Bachelor's Degree required (B.A, B.Com, BSc (Non-IT), BBA, BHM,GNIIT )
0 to 2 years of work experience only into BPO/KPO/Customer service Industry.
Excluding- B.Ed, LLB, B.Tech, BE, Full time MBA, MCA,PDDCA and any 2 years regular post graduation Professional Degree)
