Job Skills / Specification : Implementingproject Test strategy plan Developing andexecuting formal test scenarios/ test scripts for quality releases Reviewing andgetting the test artifacts approved Test authoring,execution, defect management and test results reporting Defining andtracking QA metrics like defect count by stages and cycles, defect creation andclosure rates, test productivity creation and execution Imparting theprocess knowledge to the testing team members and publish best practices on anongoing basis Participatingin quality audits across the SDLC phases to ensure client specific standards,procedures and methodologies are adhered to Facilitatingdevelopment of knowledge repository If required, beinvolved in evaluating and recommending QA life cycle tools (test assetmanagement, defect life cycle, automation, performance, etc.) Experience &Exposure Expected:- Job Description : 4 years offunctional testing experience 2 Years ofexperience in GW Policy Center Strongexperience in P&C Insurance Domain Should havestrong knowledge on Rating in GWPC for various P&C products Minimum 2 yearsof managing testing team task allocation & status reporting Preparing andmaintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Relevant domain/ industry experience of at least 2 years Experienceworking independently as a tester and QA lead Knowledge oftest standards and process QA lifecycletools HP (Quality Center, QTP, PTC, etc.) or equivalent Experience intesting effort estimations using industry standard methods Experience indefect life cycle management logging, replication, triaging, verification,closing, metrics reporting, etc. Goodcommunication and leadership skill.
