Job Description

Analyst Profile - Primary responsibility is to support premium customers over call/email/chat on their subscribed products/services.


Skills Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience working in a B2C environment preferred

Key Responsibilities / Activities: 

Answer Customer requests received in friendly and accurate manner (Voice, Email & Chat)
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Score high quality scores & extremely low tolerance for errors
Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquires

Candidate should be ready to relocate to Hyderabad
Relocation Support would be provided by Accenture
