Job Description
Operations Executive will be expected to address the inbound queries posed by external customers (typically bank customers) and internal stakeholders (Sales & Finance). This can be either in the form of e-mail response or telephonic response
Daily and monthly MIS reporting
Responsible for training new customers on the different aspects of the product telephonically
