Job Description
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US
Understanding client requirements and carrying out search on popular US job boards like Dice, Monster etc.
Be able to find the right candidates matching the job requirement
Handling master contract negotiations with vendors
Placing candidates in quick turnaround times
Building relationships with tier 1 vendors and direct client vendors
Meeting placement targets defined by the management
Should be open to work in night shifts
Ability to recruit consulting resources and interact with US clients for their job requirements
Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. Incentives + Bonus

Desired Candidate Profile
Education-
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations, Information Technology
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
0-5 years experience in RPO (IT recruitments) or BPO industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of RPO is preferred.
