Job Description
Overall Job Purpose:
In compliance with established policies and procedures, the engineer has the responsibility of corresponding, troubleshooting, and maintaining Voice CPE along with, but not limited to telco solutions for internal and external AT&T customers. This requires working knowledge of multi-vendor, multi-platform hardware and software components. The engineer will also need to work in an environment requiring knowledge and experience in LAN, WAN, VOIP, Network Security, and Telco (Regulated) technologies. The position also requires the
Principle Responsibilities:
- Provides customer Remote Technical Support
- Communication with customer, peers, and managers in order to meet negotiated commitments and exceed customer expectations.
- Update tickets in accordance to Service Level Agreement requirements, escalating as necessary to higher level of support based on severity.
Required Skills:
Avaya skills
Avaya communication manager
Avaya certifications (ACIS) mandatory.
