Job Description
- Provide 2nd Level support for T- Suite
- Provide support to FOH to resolve customers cases
- Escalate to vendors via (Escalation Team)
- Perform jeopardy management of cases
- Liaise with channel partners to resolve customers issues
- Demonstrated knowledge/ experience in either one of the following environments:
- Lync
