Position summary:
Reviews, Approves changes. Generates reports on Changes, follows thru post implementation review, closure of changes. Creates report on weekly changes, chairs change meeting. Updates change freeze, RFC process changes to all audience. Works with vendors reviews changes, provides guidance / training where ever required.
Required Skill Set:
1. Excellent Communication Skills
2. Well versed with ITIL Processes
3. ITIL V2/V3/2011 Certified
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Organize, facilitate and administer the request process for pre-approved RFCs
2. Manage and execute annual review process for Pre-Approved templates
3. Identify RFCs subject to post implementation review/audit
4. Administer post implementation review/audit and analysis and actions assigned for RFCs
5. Monitor compliance against the change process including identify RFCs subject to post implementation review/audit, aging RFCs, failed/backed out, etc.
6. Provide expertise in Change Management processes to business units regarding RFC templates, approval groups, PIR/A activities.
7. Host Change advisory boards (global, regional) may include creating agendas, meeting minutes, action items, follow-ups etc., generate Regional CAB Late Report.
8. Organize, facilitate and administer the RFC proxy-approval process for RFCs.
9. Monitor RFC execution and assist in the follow-up approval of RFCs not yet approved
10. Organize, facilitate and administer the Change freeze process Changes respond to requests for CI Change freezes/unfreeze.
11. Coordinate emergency change advisory board activities.
12. Prepare/Participate in the Daily Ops Report for High Impacting changes occurring within the next 24 Hrs for all regions, as well as the Global Change Freeze List
13. Generate and communicate the forward schedule of changes
14. Create and Upload Global Comms report
