Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in software development of enterprise applications preferably in BFSI domain.
- Bachelors degree in technical field or business
- 4 -11 years of increasing experience with web development in a transaction processing environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical team across all levels of management, both written and verbal
- Experience in delivering multi-tier distributed web applications by applying proven software development methodologies (RUP and Agile).
- Proven track record of delivering software systems on schedule and budget
- Advanced knowledge of object oriented programming using Java
- Understanding of relational databases
- Experience in J2EE and Java programming
- Preferred Skills
- 4 years Degree in Engineering and/or MBA
- Knowledge of financial services and banking; specifically consumer credit and loan applications
- Experience in database design and engineering
- Experience delivering high availability systems
- Understanding of software version control
Market Skills and CertificationsJava/J2EE, Spring MVC, Web Services and knowledge of Fraud Prevention and Authentication domain.
