- Experience in writing software for complex projects, specifically on Linux
- Seasoned programming skills in Java (Core and Advanced) and at least one more common programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, C/C++ are a plus)
- Knowledge of Data Storage Backend, Multi-Core and Multi-Threaded Programming, Device Drivers, Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience in storage products and solutions desirable
